Slumber Party

My grandma and grandpa had something to do last night, so Amber came over to our house for the night. We played and napped, and played and napped. This morning Amber was trying to get me to play, but I was sleepy. She finally laid down. Mom thought we were so cute she had to take a picture.

Amber has a boo boo on her elbow, so she has to wear that sock. She has a lump on her face, but the vet checked it and it's not hurting her, so they are leaving it alone. My mom says she's still very pretty though.
Hope all of my friends had a good Thanksgiving holiday!

  8. Hewwo, Indy!

Thanks so much for all of the help and advice. Waldo had mange when he was 17 weeks, and it wasn't cleared up all the way before he got it again. Unfortunately, because of an initial misdiagnosis of allergies, he wasn't able to get the right treatment for the first couple of weeks. It was almost completely out-of-hand by the time we got started on the right stuff. Thankfully we are on the right medicines now--it's just looking worse before it looks better.

We're doing the traditional mange treatment--baths, Ivermectin and antibiotics. Plus I've also started Waldo on fish oil and Vitamin C to build up his immune system more naturally. I know this is going to be a long road, but he's worth it.

Thanks again for all your help--it's SO nice to meet supportive humans!

    Love,
    Dog Mom, Gus, and Waldo
