The Need for Volunteers

My mommy found some information on Noah's Wish. For those of you who have not heard of Noah's Wish, click here to read about them. They may need the services of more volunteers, even if they have not yet been through training. Here is the information:

Noah's Wish has trained Volunteers throughout the United States and Canada. We will be utilizing trained Volunteers first. Given the size of this disaster though there is a good possibility we will be using Volunteers who have not been through our training. We call individuals who are not already trained Convergent Volunteers. If you would like to be a Convergent Volunteer, please e-mail us:

• Your name
• Where you live
• A contact phone number
• A fax number

The address to send this information to is info@noahswish.org. In the subject area on your e-mail please write "Volunteering." After we receive your information we will fax you a Convergent Volunteer Registration form. Then, just as soon as we are set up and know what kind of additional help we may need we will have one of our Volunteers assigned to coordinate Convergent Volunteers contact you. Please note that completing a Convergent Volunteer Registration form does not guarantee you will be able to volunteer.

My mommy and daddy and some of their friends are going to see about taking a few days off of work to travel and offer their help.
