Bear the Husky is in Need of Donations for Medical Care!

I read about this story on Holly the Malamute's blog, and then I had to go to the Gimpy Dogs Blog to read about it. If you go to the Gimpy Dogs Blog you may want to skip over the photos, they are quite graphic. Bear was found with a huge chunk of flesh missing from his back - his spine was showing. Vets managed to close his wound, but the shelter does not have funds to pay for this. Andy donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. After his wound heals, Bear will also need to be treated for heartworms.
