ASPCA Announces Plan to End Euthanization of Adoptable Animals
I just saw this story!. How exciting! I hope this plan works and that other animal adoption agencies are able to do this as well! Part of the plan includes renovation of existing ASPCA shelters. check out the new look of the New York shelter!
