Hi everyone! I'm hiking in the Hike N Howl on October 18, 2008 to raise money for homeless Huskies! I look very serious in this photo because helping Huskies is a very serious business! Harnessed to Hope has helped many huskies in the past year to find homes, and there have been several that needed extra vet care and treatment, like Yeva, Emiko, Xia, Matty and Dolce. The proceeds of the Hike N Howl will go to Harnessed to Hope Northern Breed Rescue, Delaware Valley Siberian Husky Rescue and MaPaw Siberian Husky Rescue - all are non profit organizations that help to rehome Huskies in need. Harnessed to Hope also works with other northern breed rescues such as Samoyeds, Keeshonds and Norwegian Elkhounds.
