The Siberian Patient

Mom toom me to the dogpark today since it has been 11 days and I was officially off of "bed rest". On the way there I was so excited I tried to climb into the front of mom's car! When we got there I really stretchedh my legs and RAN! Unfortunately my leg started to hurt again and I was limping and holding it up. Mom brought me home and gave me my medicine and put some frozen veggies on my foot to keep to from swelling. Back yo the vet on Monday!

I Found a Singing Partner!

Last Saturday at the dog park I met Willow, a 5 year old male Alaskan Malamute. Willow is even taller than me, and I'm a tall boy! He's a handsome boy who was very friendly and very vocal! At one point he was wooing up a storm, and I just HAD to go stand next to him and sing with him!

After Willow was done, I still had more to say. Mom says I sound like Tarzan in this one!

Yesterday we all got together for Mother's Day, and I got to see my cousin Chloe! She's little, but very strong. We had a good game of tug of war.
I have kind of a boo boo though. Yesterday and today my left front paw hurt all of a sudden, once when I was playing yesterday, and today I was jumping up to run. It just hurt and I stopped and held up my paw and cried. Mom ran over and put her arm around me and I leaned my weight against her. Within a few minutes I felt all better and was walking and running normally. Mom is taking me to the vet at 6 tomorrow evening. Please have good thoughts and prayers for me! Thank you friends.

I'm a Rock Star!

You may have read before about how my humans try to get video of me singing in the car. Today mom was very sneaky and she set her phone to record video then laid it down on the seat so it would capture the sound! The video is boring, all you see is the roof of mom's car, but you can hear me singing along.

Notice how mom was even sneaky enough to keep singing herself, just like normal, to fool me? Here is part 2:

Of course I'm very annoyed with mom. When she played these for other people so they could hear me sing, I yelled at her really loudly!

My Little Shadow

Yesterday it was pretty hot here, so mom waited until evening to take me to the dog park. Lots of my friends were there. There was a puppy named Ralphie that I hadn't met before, he's a Chihuahua/Pug mix who is about 4 months old. Ralphie REALLY liked me and constantly follwed me, trying to sniff my butt even though he couldn't reach it. Mom thought it was really funny.


I was very patient with Ralphie since he is so young. Here are a few photos of some other nice dogs (and kids) that were there.
It was a fun time. Today it's REALLY ho, 90 degrees, so I am staying in the air conditioning all day! Stay cool my friends!
